An AI-powered workspace built around the way Skha works.

Eleven views of one application. Navigation follows the objects consultants work in; milestones are states of the deck, not separate places. Ghost Pack, Research and Design are three lenses on the same slides, so switching milestone never loses your place.

Project Overview Milestones shown as states of the deck, with every slide traced to a storyline section. Project Brief Scope, the questions, the constraints and the client’s vocabulary — read by every AI action. Inputs Meetings Workspace extracts the outcomes; a person picks where each one goes. Inputs · Client Requests The client portal’s other side — what we asked for, when it is due, what is late. Inputs Sources Not “Documents” — a file’s job here is to become evidence on a slide. Deliverable Storyline The indented outline Skha keeps in Excel — editable, versioned, with the meetings behind it one question away. Deck · Milestone 1 Ghost Pack Defines what each slide must prove. Writes the evidence requirement Research then fills. Deck · Milestone 2 Research Same rail, same slide. Satisfies the requirement, and the gap between the two is the worklist. Deck · Milestone 3 Design The same slide again — now rendered, with its evidence still one click away. Governance Tasks Decisions, source checks and approvals queued for a person — preparing or reviewing, it is the same list. Firm Skha Intelligence Pitcharus’s four modules — Chat, Projects, Consultants, Documents — searched from inside the Workspace.

This is a vision prototype, not existing Skha software. It illustrates a two-to-three-year concept for how an AI-enabled consulting workspace could work. All project, client and team data shown is fictional. No real Skha client is named and no AI system is connected. Brand colours and typography are read from the live Skha website; interface colours are product adaptations, documented in css/tokens.css.
